When you receive your merchandise
Please open all boxes
immediately and check contents.
We must be
notified of any damage or other problems within 2 days of you
receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you
also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2
days of receiving them. How to deal with shipping damage?
It is very rare that
you will receive an incorrect product. However, if we made a mistake/error
in shipping, please
notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will issue an
RGA number and return instructions on how and where to return the
product. We will ship you the correct product. We truly do care that we
get your order right the first time and we will pay the shipping costs
both ways.
If you ordered the
incorrect product (your mistake), then please see
"ordered wrong" below.
If the packaging
appears damaged on the outside, please note it with the
carrier. If you accept it, you assume full responsibility for the
item. Please make sure when signing the shipper’s
proof-of-delivery slip, that you include a note stating the package is or
appears damaged to protect yourself.
If you do accept a damaged shipment, please
inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was
shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier and/or the
manufacturer.
Also, if there was
any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us or
the carrier within two days of receiving the product.
Most items we carry are shipped directly
from the manufacturer. It a return must be made, it will be sent back to
the manufacturer and and we will issue an
RGA number.
After we receive the
defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back
to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Should we determine that the product is
in fact defective (and was returned in accordance to our return
instructions/policy), we will not only pay the cost of shipping the new
non-defective product to you, but we will also reimburse you for standard
UPS ground rates/charges (not 2nd day air) that UPS charges for shipping
the defective product back to us. This does not include any 3rd party
processing fees imposed by some shipping companies. This offer is only
good in the Continental U.S. If you ship the product back to us from
outside of the 48 states, you will need to pay for the cost of sending the
product to us. If the product is defective, you will receive a
replacement.
If you choose to return the defective
item, rather than replace it, we will charge a 20%
restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will
not be refunded. The return of the product is at your expense. We believe
that this is a fair policy because lower overhead results in lower prices
for all of our customers.
If after 30 days of receiving your
product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the
manufacturer. Whatever policy the manufacturer has will determine how you
will proceed. We supply products; we do not warranty products and after
thirty days we leave it up to the manufacturers. There may be instances
when the manufacturer, once they have been contacted, will ask that we
help in the replacement process.
If at any time, under any
circumstances, we issue a call tag and pay for return shipping to our
warehouse, we will treat this as a return. You will be accessed a return
shipping fee and a restocking fee related to that return. If you would
like a replacement, a new order will have to be placed.
Returns:
HOLD ONTO THE
ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.
We will only accept a return if it
is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web pages) may be
returned within 30 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new
(never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging.
In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 20%
restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will
not be refunded. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a higher
restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for used or
assembled products. We do not sell used products and you will not receive
any used or refurbished merchandise from us.
Please
contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new
(never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer's packaging. We
will issue you an
RGA number and return instructions on how and where to ship the
products.
Items returned without an
RGA number are subject to a higher a higher
restocking fee and may delay the processing of your credit.
Non-listed and quoted items (items that
do not have prices listed on our web pages and/or items that you received
a special quote on) are considered special order items and may not be
returned.
Orders canceled after they've shipped
will be treated as a return. Shipping and all associated costs will be
deducted from refund.
Any order refused at delivery (without
prior arrangement and approval from us) will be treated as a return.
Shipping and all associated costs including manufacturer's restock fees
will be deducted from refund.
Items that were NOT shipped by a
Standard Ground Carrier (for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS) may NOT be
returned. Items that ship by freight may not be returned. For example,
items such as Hoods may not be returned. If they are defective, you will
either receive a replacement or it will be repaired, but we do not accept
returns for items that ship by freight. Some items are determined how they
will be handled on an individual basis.
Shopping by mail-order has many good
points (low prices, shipped right to your door, less hassles because no
waiting in line, etc) and a few less positive ones such as; you can't
physically see (or touch) the products, it takes a few days to get to you
and if you need to return it, it is more costly and less convenient.
Any item that is returned
and does not meet our requirements will be rejected and held until postage
is paid to return your item back to you.
It isn't easy or
convenient (for you or us) when you need to return something. If you
aren't certain the products you are ordering are EXACTLY what you
want/need and expect; please do not order it from us. As stated above,
merchandise may not be returned after 30 days of receiving your order, and
shipping/processing charges will not be refunded.
NON Returnable Items:
Items that are
"special ordered/quoted" cannot be returned.
Mopar®
brand parts
cannot be returned.
Items stated as non-returnable on the
page from which they are ordered may not be returned.
Items that you have installed cannot be
returned.
Items that are not brand new and/or
missing any of the manufacturer's packaging cannot be returned.
Items that have a sealed
plastic bag in the manufacturer's packaging protecting the item, and was
opened cannot be returned.
Items that have been specially
manufactured for your order, such as the painted Hambek ground effects,
may not be returned.
Also, items that have a shelf-life may
not be returned.
Any
item that is returned and does not meet our requirements will be rejected
and held until postage is paid to return your item back to you.

motorized vehicle
has been shipped. After that point it
will be necessary for you to deal directly with the manufacturer for any
and all problems from that point forward. All motorized vehicles are
shipped directly from that said manufacturer and each has different rules
for addressing problems. We may act as a liaison to help the process
along.
All
ATV's, Mopeds, Scooters & Pocket Bikes have a full manufacturers warranty.
We can forward to you a copy a manufacturers warranty upon request.
Please
contact us if you have any questions with the manufacturers warranty
on the item before you buy it.
We will work with you and the manufacturer to replace any defective parts
and/or pieces that arrive.

and/or the manufacturer will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
Again, Please notify us immediately of any
damages or issues related to any motorized vehicle. We will not accept
refused packages once shipped that are damaged in transit.
Damage to any part that is a
result of shipping is covered only if it occurred during shipping.
Shipping damage must be reported immediately after delivery to be covered
under warranty. Otherwise, the body parts are not covered under this
warranty. If, after careful inspection by our technical support department
it is determined that the item was damaged during shipping (digital photos
may be required by e-mail), the manufacturer at it's discretion may
supply free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged
item. BigBoys-CustomToys.com and/or the manufacturer will not pay labor
charges to install such parts.
Please note, the 30 day limited manufacturers
warranty applies to replacement of defective parts only and does not apply
to damaged body parts from shipping
(digital
photos may be required by e-mail).
Old defective parts may
be required for testing and returned to us at the customers expense.
Parts in need of replacement during the warranty period will be provided
free of charge, only S/H will be charged to the customer.
Please check your state and
local scooter laws requirements before purchasing your ATV. We will not
accept any returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. To check the
legal status of scooter law in your area, we suggest that you contact your
state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Please have all proper training
to operate any type of motorized vehicle before placing your order.
If you the customer has any dissatisfaction with our
products you must remember, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

proper or improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers
and urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to
protect yourself while engaging in your activities.
BigBoys-CustomToys.com encourages, begs, and asks that you wear a
helmet and use appropriate lighting while riding at night regardless of
the legal requirements in your particular state. Potential customers, you
should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing
about age requirements for riding electric scooters, gas scooters, ATV's &
pocket bikes. Some states may have laws restricting the use of these items
on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property
such as campgrounds, parks etc.... but many states have age requirements
and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by
certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used
on wet or slippery roads. Please always operate safely. Know your laws
before you go riding.
By purchasing any of our ATV’s, the
purchaser agrees that
BigBoys-CustomToys.com is not responsible for any accident or injuries occurring due to any
reason what so ever (including manufacturer's defect) on your purchased
item. Purchaser must comply with state laws and safety procedures where purchaser intends to use these ATV’S for their self or
for your children and can be very dangerous if safety precautions are not
taken. As a parent or Legal guardian purchaser takes full responsibility
of your child's safety and will comply with state and safety laws.

Scooters, Mopeds and ATV's with engines of 49cc or 70cc are
recommended for use only by riders age 6 years and older, and always with
adult supervision. Scooters, Mopeds and ATV's with engines of 70cc to 90cc are recommended for
use only by riders age 12 years and older, and always with adult
supervision. Scooters, Mopeds and ATV's with engines 90cc or greater are recommended for use by
riders age 16 years and older. We recommend that ALL riders take an
approved training course before ordering. For ATV safety and training
information please call the ATV Safety Institute at 1-800-887-2887. *Scooters,
Mopeds and ATV's
can be hazardous to operate. For your safety: Always avoid paved surfaces
with ATV's.
Never ride on public roads. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and
protective clothing. Never carry passengers. Never engage in stunt riding.
Riding and alcohol /drugs do not mix. Avoid excessive speed. Be
particularly careful on difficult terrain. Be responsible. Follow common
sense rules. Always operate in an responsible manner. respecting the
environment as well as all state and local laws. Purchaser acknowledges
that they are 18 years of age or older. Purchaser also takes full
responsibility of any accidents, mishaps that could cause you or anyone
allowed to use, ride or otherwise occupy said ATV/Scooter. And in no way
hold the seller or any of its agent liable for any damages, injuries or
even death. The purchaser agrees to all of these terms and conditions and
accepts them by purchasing said unit.
If you made an error
and ordered the wrong products (from the items that have listed prices on
our web pages; not special quoted products), and wish to return the
product; you will need to
e-mail us and request an
RGA number and return instructions.
Please do NOT return any product that
you have ordered without prior
contact. Many products ship direct from the manufacturer or one of
their access warehouses and often need to be returned to the same
warehouse. These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly
marked and documented with issued
RGA numbers. This will make processing your credit very difficult and
may delay your credit.
Returns of incorrectly ordered products
are subject to a
restocking fee. If you have ordered incorrectly, wish to reorder the
correct product and re and return the incorrect product, your restocking fee can be 10%.Your reorder muster must be placed
priced prior to your credit being processed. Also, the "reordered" product
must be a similar product, both in price and type of product. For example:
A $200.00 Intake must be replaced with an intake costing nearly the same
amount, an item of specific value must be replaced with an item of the
same value, etc. If you wish to reorder right away, reference will be made
to your return on your reorder to ensure that you receive the lower
restocking fee. If you need to apply your credit to your reorder, you
can do so; but we will need to receive the product and/or credit for the
product before doing so.
If you wish to return a product but do
not place a reorder, the
restocking fee will be 20%. If you return an original product, reorder
a replacement and then return the replacement product, you will be
assessed a 35%
restocking fee for the return of the reorder.
In the past we have shipped products

When it is necessary
to return a product, please contact us prior to doing so. All returns, regardless of how they were
shipped or where they were shipped from must be referenced by an RGA
Number (Returned Goods Authorization Number).
Items returned without an RGA number
may be set aside until we hear from the customer. We process many orders
weekly, and subsequently receive a number of returns. If not referenced by
an RGA Number, a returned package will need to be researched so that the
customer can be contacted regarding the return. This results in higher
overhead, higher prices, and delays the processing of credit. This system
is necessary to ensure that you receive proper credit in a timely fashion.
When you contact us requesting an RGA to return a product, we will either issue the
RGA at that time, or contact the warehouse that it shipped from and
request that one be issued. If we need to receive the RGA from another
warehouse, we will let you know by forwarding the information to you along
with shipping instructions as soon as we receive it from them. The
instructions for return must be followed carefully.
Once the product has been received at
our warehouse, it will be inspected and you will be credited for the
returned product less the applicable
restocking fee and original shipping and processing charges.
If the product is returning to another
warehouse, they will contact us once they have received the product,
inspected it, and we have been issued credit. Once we have been credited
for the return, your credit will be issued less restocking and original
shipping and processing charges.
All returns are subject to a restocking
feeing fee. If a reorder is placed for a similar (as well a well as
costing close to the same amount of the original product), the
restocking fee can be lowered to 10%. Please note that if for some
reason the reorder must be returned, the restocking fee for the reorder
will be 35%.
When issued an RGA be sure
to include it on the shipping label of the returning package.
RGA numbers expire 30 days after
they're issued, so please contact us if you are not able to return within
that time frame.
We recommend using a shipping method
that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return.
Once you have read
all the information above and are familiar with the information above;
All returns are
subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 20%
of the purchase price on
all returned items, however the restocking fee may be as great as 40%
under certain circumstances. Shipping, handling &
freight charges are non refundable.
If you wish to return
a product but do not place a reorder, the restocking fee will be 20%. If a
reorder is placed for a similar product (costing nearly the same amount),
the restocking fee can be lowered from 20% to 10%.
For a product to be considered a
"reorder", it must be for a product that directly replaces the item that's
being returned, in both price and type. For example: If a $200.00 intake
is returned, the reorder must be for an intake of comparable value.
Please note that if for some reason the
reorder must be returned, that the restocking fee for the return of the
reorder will be 35%. Also, items returned after 30 days are subject to a
higher restocking fee or may not be returnable at all. We will let you
know our decision when we respond to your request.
Your reorder must be placed prior to
your credit being processed. If you wish to reorder right away, reference
will be made to your return on your reorder to ensure that you receive the
lower restocking fee. If you need to apply your credit to you reorder, you
can do so, but we will need to receive the product and/or credit for the
product before doing so.
If you return a product, reorder, and
then return the reordered product, you will be assessed a 35% restocking
fee for the return of the reorder.
In the past we have shipped products
over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do

There is substantial cost in processing
orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products;
messages must be answered,
RGA’s issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and
mailed, etc. For this reason, we adhere strictly to our Return Policy to
keep those rare customers from "trying" and "trying" products.
We will determine your restocking fee
based on the information you provide. We will let you know what your fee
is when we issue an
RGA #. Any item that is
returned and does not meet our requirements
and/or is not as described (not in its original packaging, and/or broken,
not resalable) may be charged a 40% restocking fee or be
held until postage is paid to return your item back to you. Honesty is the
best policy. Each will be taken on and individual basis.
We are an
aftermarket parts supplier and some people (very few) think that we should
operate like a shoe store. What we are trying to say is this: If you don't
know exactly what you need or are not sure of a product, whether or not it
will work for you, or whether it is the quality you are expecting, you are
better off purchasing it locally. Mail-order is great and so is the
Internet, but with some products it is better to deal with a local
supplier. Over 99% of our customers are happy with us, and we lots of
satisfied customers. We would rather lose a sale than ship products to
people who have expectations that we cannot meet, and who will or could
end up unhappy with us. Because of that, we again say: If you aren't
certain of what you want or need, please do not order from us.
Most eBay items
are final sale. Please check
your eBay listing to find out what status your individual auction is.
Please check your If the item is a manufacturers defect or was received
damaged; we will be happy to give you return instructions. Many items are
shipped from the manufacturer and will be replaced by that said
manufacturer.
The product must meet all of our return
guidelines above.
If the product is returning to another
warehouse, they will contact us once they have received the product,
inspected it, and we have been issued credit. Once we have been credited
for the return, your credit will be issued less the
restocking fee and original shipping and processing charges.
In some instances
we will honor the standard 20% restocking fee; however this will only be
done when you contact us via
e-mail requesting an RGA to return a product.
Please allow up to 15
business days after it's received to inspect your return and process your
refund. You will receive an email notification with a copy of your credit
transaction.
Refunds are issued
in the manner in which we receive them. Additional processing time my
occur depending on bank and credit card processing.
Items that are over
60 Days of their purchase date will receive a store credit.
